The US Military And It's Technical Surveillance Countermeasures TeamThe United States Military discovered the need for Technical Surveillance Countermeasures when their own surveillance was being breached by unknown perpetrators. Outside intelligence was infiltrating the military and it's very advanced surveillance system while going undetected.
